On the m55 take junction 4 then at the roundabout take the third exit onto Preston new road (a583) carry straight on through 7 sets of traffic lights and at the 8th set turn left into reads avenue we are half way down on the left hand side.

- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 20.00 will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
