The guest house overlooks Gynn Gardens and has a guest TV lounge and bar.In front of the hotel there is limited free on-street parking as well as a pay and display car park.
Dogs, with responsible owners, are accepted by prior arrangement. Please let the hotel know if you are bringing your dog in the 'comments' section of the booking form. Please note that your dog cannot be left alone in the room for more than 2 hours. |

Directions
By Car:
- Go to the very end of the M55 motorway (do not take the North Shore Exit).
- At the end of the motorway, go into the far right line and go straight across the first roundabout (has modern statue in middle).
- Continue down the 'walled' road and go straight across the first mini roundabout.
- Go past the main car parks, the large Blackpool statues and Blackpool FC.
- At the car park exit, turn left (you cannot go right), then left again towards the promenade at Coral Island.
- At the promenade traffic lights, go right.
- Go along the promenade, passing the Tower, Hilton and Imperial Hotel until you come to the large Gynn Roundabout.
- Proceed across the roundabout, staying on the promenade, and turn up before the Savoy Hotel onto Willshaw Road.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
