Our Tourism Council rating is Three Diamonds & we also hold a gold HOAST award. If you have any special dietary or other needs, please advise on booking in order that your requirements may be met. The accommodation is open all year and caters for couples, singles and families.

Our smoking policy is 'smoking throughout' with the exception of the dining room. Guests have their own keys with access 24 hours a day. Additional facilities include hairdriers, ironing facilities, licensed bar, discounted tickets for local attractions and limited/restricted parking. As cars need to be parked nose to tail, keys will need to be handed in, to allow everyone access. At busy periods a space may be reserved for your car in the street. Tea and coffee making, soap, towels & shampoo are provided in all rooms and are replenished daily.

A DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO ONE NIGHT'S STAY IS REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKINGS. This is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Payment of balance is due on arrival & a charge of 2% is levied for payment by credit card (no charge for debit cards, cash or cheque with bank card).

Cancellations
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
