The Kingsway is ideally situated as it is close to the main shopping centre, winter gardens, theatres and promenade. Sorry no large all male parties. No Saturday only night booking. 2 night minimum between July and November.

We are a family run hotel: The Hotel has 17 ensuite bedrooms, all have colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. All food is prepared by the chef proprietor. The Armstrong family have owned the hotel for 26 years and have built up a fine reputation based on good food and a high standard of cleanliness.

Hotel Policies
Children over the age of 16 are charged as adults.

You may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 0 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 65% of the total booking value will be charged.
